Before you go

  • Check your passport and make sure you have at least 6 months left before expiration date and blank pages for stamps (or get a passport if you don’t already have one…!)
  • Don’t overpack!  All you really need are bathing suits, coverups, sunscreen, comfortable workout clothes and shoes, nightlife wear for dinner and dancing, pajamas (especially if you are sharing a room!), and toiletries.  If you forget something, chances are you can buy it in Mexico!  🙂
  • Book early to guarantee your spot and get a better price!
  • Ask Shonna and Gabby any questions that you may have (that’s why we are here!)

No refunds will be given for cancellations, but you can always find someone else to fill your spot!


Day 1: Fly to Los Cabos or La Paz airport in Mexico and shuttle to Casa Tara Retreat in La Ventana.  Check-in, eat lunch, and relax before an opening ceremony when everyone arrives.  A dance class will be followed by dinner, restorative yoga, and guided meditation.

Day 2: Wake up with a run on the beach and a Power Yoga class before breakfast.  Relax by the pool, stand up paddle board, kayak or snorkel at the beach before and after lunch.  An afternoon workshop will be followed by an evening dance class and dinner.

Day 3: Take a day trip to nearby La Paz for an optional snorkel with whale sharks activity, lunch, and night out.

Day 4: Before breakfast, take a Bootcamp class.  After breakfast, get fierce with a Beyonce dance class followed by lunch, an afternoon workshop, some time to relax, and a strut worthy beach catwalk.  Dinner will be followed by a closing ceremony and restorative yoga class.

Day 5: Before departing, enjoy one last run on the beach, Bootcamp or yoga class if time allows before breakfast and shuttle back to airport. Fly home.
